just came back from trg.
yes, on a thursday
yesterday didnt go!
cos the cramp is unbearable.
den luckily today got last minute trg.

good ah!
and and secret eh!!
i think i did good today.
and you know why?





BECAUSE there's no sparring!
haha
only some techniques, extreme stretching and more techniques.
if sparring wise, i think i cannot make it.
(okay, after i say this, hafiz and an will sure go.. "no yana, say u can do it. mesti boleh punyee. try je. try je.")

because like seriously, if i say anything like "ish, i cannot sia"
or
"ehhhhh confirm tak boleh punye.."
